Handa provides temporary shared checklist rooms. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the content you add and for sharing room links only with intended participants.

You must not use Handa to violate another person's rights, distribute unlawful or harmful content, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, or evade technical limits and security controls.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Handa a limited permission to host, process, copy, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. Anyone with a room link can participate, so you should treat the link as confidential.

Rooms are intentionally temporary and may expire or be deleted automatically. Handa is not a backup or permanent record system. You are responsible for retaining any information you need elsewhere.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Handa. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handa and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or action is necessary to protect Handa or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Governing-law and dispute provisions should be interpreted according to the mandatory laws applicable to Handa's operator and the user.
